Each dog is given a bed that is up off the ground, either a Kuranda bed or a Circle bed with a blanket. Each dog has his/her own space and are not mixed with other dogs.

Every morning the water buckets are dumped and refilled with fresh water. They are then topped off as needed throughout the day. 

In our kitchen, each dog has their own bin for their food and belongings. We take special feeding instructions as needed and we have a few tricks we can try if we have a picky eater. Please be sure to let us know if you have any special feeding instructions or medications that are needed for your beloved pet. We are happy to accommodate each pet's individual needs. 

In addition to following your instructions, every dog has his/her own food bowl that is documented with that specific dogs feeding instructions. Feeding and eliminations are documented and tracked each shift to help us in preventing and reacting to any issues that arise.

Our main kennel has 42 runs that are 4’x5’ as well as 4 runs that are double the size for our large breed dogs and multi-dog families.

All runs have access to the outside via a doggie door that we leave open during the day so dogs can go in and out as they please. Doors are closed at night and all runs are separated both inside and out.

Our back yard contains the outside runs as well as a gravel play yard where Extra Play Times can be carried out. Extra Play Times consist of 15 minute one on one with an employee doing whatever the dog likes to do. We can play fetch, tug-a-war, or simply cuddle with them. Families of dogs can all play for one fee.

Each cat gets a Kitty Condo all to themselves, which consists of a litter box, food and water dishes, and a bed. Cats can also get Extra Play Times to either roam around the room, play with a catnip toy, or some good ol’ cuddles.
